Ingredients:

• Half-pound of Shrimp
• 8 ounces of Turkey or Chicken Sausage
• 1 Red Pepper
• 3 Scallion Stalks
• 5 Portobello Mushrooms
• 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Fat Free or Reduced Fat Cheese of your choice

Directions:

1. Slice and saute the veggies and sausage.
2. Add shrimp and cook until the shrimp are orange in color.
3. Season with Mrs. Dash, serve on plate and sprinkle with cheese!
